Book Club Series

Designed for readers who love atmosphere as much as storytelling, the Book Club Series combines thoughtful conversation with the art of candle-making in a warm, community-centered setting. Each event centers around a selected book, inviting you to explore its themes, characters, and emotional landscape through fragrance.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll discuss the book with fellow readers before translating its mood and imagery into scent; whether you draw inspiration from a leading character, a memorable setting, or the overall feeling of the book is up to you.

You’ll explore a curated library of high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils and learn how different notes interact to create depth, balance, and atmosphere. Guided by our in-house fragrance expert, you’ll blend and hand-pour a custom candle uniquely your own.

As you create, you'll enjoy complimentary beverages and light bites in the Amicasa studio alongside fellow book lovers. 

The Book Club Series experience includes:
