Welcome to Amicasa. The following policies are intended to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all guests.
Workshop & Reservation Policies
Booking & Deposits
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve your experience, workshop, or private event.
All reservations are limited based on studio capacity and are confirmed only after payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop bookings, deposits, and reservation fees are non-refundable for:
- No-shows
- Same-day cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, guests may be eligible to reschedule or receive studio credit at Amicasa’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
To maintain the flow of the experience for all guests, we ask that participants arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their reservation and may not be permitted to join the session once instruction has begun. Late arrivals and missed experiences are non-refundable.
Group & Private Events
Private event reservations may require a deposit and minimum guest count. Additional terms, timelines, and cancellation policies may apply to private bookings.

Fragrance & Safety Policies
Fragrance Sensitivities
Our studio works with a wide range of fragrance materials, essential oils, and candle-making ingredients. Guests with allergies, sensitivities, asthma, or other medical concerns should use discretion before participating and are encouraged to contact us in advance with any questions.
Safety & Participation Waiver
By participating in an Amicasa experience, guests acknowledge that candle making and fragrance blending involve heated materials, fragrance oils, glass vessels, and other workshop tools.
Participants voluntarily assume any risks associated with participation and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by studio staff.
Amicasa reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who does not follow safety guidelines or whose behavior may disrupt the experience for others.
Product Policies
Handmade Products
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, fragrance strength, and finish may occur.
These variations are considered part of the artisanal nature of the experience and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom fragrance products, personalized candles, and made-to-order items are final sale.
For retail purchases, exchanges or store credit may be offered for unused items within a limited timeframe at management discretion.
Studio Policies
Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages may be limited during certain workshops or events. Alcohol consumption must comply with all applicable laws and studio guidelines.
Photography & Social Media
Amicasa may occasionally photograph or film workshops, events, and studio experiences for marketing and social media purposes.
By attending an experience, guests grant permission for incidental inclusion in promotional content unless otherwise requested in writing.
Respectful Conduct
Amicasa is intended to be a welcoming and inclusive creative environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests may result in removal from the experience without refund.
